What Is Ojo Brilloso?
 

‘Ojo Brilloso’ (ō-hō bree-ō´-sō) translates to ‘shiny eye’ or, loosely, ‘nice observation.’ It is these ‘nice observations’ made by our estate vineyard teams that we celebrate with this program, launched in 2020.
 

The Collection

For this second annual release, we highlight our three vineyard supervisors who were asked to select a small Pinot Noir block from the 2019 vintage that they recognized could be coaxed to make a wine reflective of their connection to the vineyard and pride in their work. The labels feature an original illustration by Eduardo Soto, and the three-bottle set is presented in a custom gift box with information on the program. Proceeds from sales support our efforts with three remarkable charities working towards equality, opportunity, and diversity within the wine industry: AHIVOY, The Roots Fund, and ¡Salud!. Learn more here.
