Our 2011 Extended Tirage Brut Rosé is savory with roasted strawberry and white flower with the freshness of tart pink apple. With the addition of tannin lending to the structure of this wine - like a red apple peel - we’re experiencing a longevity to this wine that’s unlike other wines of this style.
